Hello all,
I would like to announce a small change to METBUG. Ken Hess will be transitioning to a more supportive role in METBUG and Greg Frederick of NDU-Joint Forces Staff College will be taking up the Chair position for the group. Ken put a great deal of time and energy into this group and gathered a lot of momentum due to his dedication, leadership and commitment to this METBUG. Please join me in thanking him for all his hard work.
On that note, let me tell you a little about Greg. Greg Frederick is a Blackboard Administrator at the Joint Forces Staff College. He has 12 years of experience administrating, developing, and programming e-learning content. Greg has worked with several Learning Managements Systems and has worked exclusively with Blackboard for the past 5 years. He teaches faculty development classes several times a year at the college and has a BS from Christopher Newport University.
Greg and Ken have already spoken about next steps for the group. We think Greg is going to make a great leader for this group, and would like to welcome Greg Frederick to this position at METBUG!
Additionally, if you are interested in taking a more active role in the group, please feel free to contact myself or Greg to see how your skills can be utilized.
Thanks all!
