    Every other Thursday the SWAT group has an online conference call over Wimba where we attempt to help each other solve issues. If you are running the CE/Vista product, then this can be an invaluable source of help.

    Contact Jeff Longland to get added to the contact list for announcing the calls.

    This is a repost of a message Jeff posted to some email lists.

    I just want to thank everyone who has joined and participated in the Vista SWAT User Voice experiment. To date, 26 issues have been posted and 325 votes have been cast. The top five issues are:
    1. Notification icon behaviour for discussions, assignments, etc.
    2. Lack of warning prior to user's session timeout.
    3. Improvements to Garbage Collection.
    4. 'Maintenance Restarts' for system stability.
    5. Ability to import/export grading forms.

    Would you agree that these are the top problems with the CE/Vista product? Have you put in your two cents yet? If not, please register at uservoice.vistaswat.net

    For those of you who have already registered, please login again! You have 10 votes and new issues are being added regularly. You can adjust your existing votes and clarify your idea/needs through the comments tool.

    Please get involved! We'll be presenting the results to Blackboard Product Development in early January and I'd like to see the results reflect the needs of the entire community (not just those who have participated).

    All types of issues are welcomed! Please spread the word to your colleagues, all CE/Vista users are welcome.
