    Whew!

I'm trying to stay ahead of the job at the office -- TSGing into the office these days -- and stay ahead of the schedule here. Somehow everybody knows I'm out of the office, and they waited for me to leave to request changes to their Fall courses.

Actually, it's not that bad. I'm ahead of the requests but still feeling busy.

Enjoyed meeting all of the folks from CE/Vista Work Group last night. They've helped NSC and UNLV run WebCampus at its best.

Looking forward to the SVU_Bug meeting later today.

    See you all soon,

    Sam

    Greetings,

Heard from many folks about tomorrow's SVU meeting at 2:15 p.m. -- thrilled that Lisa Frazier, Donna Harrington, Scott Kodai, Wonda Yuhasz, Kevin Reeve, Jill Wallace, Alina Solovyova-Vincent and others will be with us in person. Looking forward to seeing Don Diener, Mike Carter, Tonya Buchan and others via Wimba.

    More later . . .

Don't worry, as the Chair of the committee I am not eligible to win the blogger prize, but I did want to let everyone know how pleased I am with the conference.  We had 83 people register and great turn-outs to the sessions and even during the lunch discussions.  I just want to once again thank all of people who assisted in planning and making the online conference a success:

    • Sam McCool, Nevada State College
    • Jill Wallace, University of Nevada, Reno
    • Alina Solovyova-Vincent, University of Nevada, Reno
    • Robert Newbury, University of Nevada, Reno
    • Gina Connors, Wimba
    • Scott Kodai, California State University, Chico
    • John Louviere, Utah State University

I also want to thank all of the presenters and participants.  I am anxious to see the post-conference survey results, but initial feedback states that it was a success!

I am so happy to participate in this group and to have such wonderful colleagues from across the country and especially in the Southwest region.  Thank you all and I look forward to hearing feedback about today.

    Wonda Yuhasz
