      Position Description:

      Georgia Gwinnett College is seeking a training professional for the position of Technical Trainer in Educational Technology.  Reporting to the Director of the Center for Teaching Excellence, the Technical Trainer will develop and implement successful technical training materials, user guides, and course marketing materials. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for overseeing development and organization of training manuals, training presentations, visual aids, assessments, online training sessions, training tips, and other educational materials. The Trainer will design and produce new interactive training materials by translating educational, functional, and technical requirements into a comprehensive training program for end users and facilitators.

      One of the areas of training responsibility will be Blackboard training, including both (WebCT) Vista v8 and Bb9.
