      I got in late last night (Monday) and so this morning came way too early but now with 4 cups of coffee in me I am ready to go.  I have my sessions all lined up and I will be updating you on them as I complete them. 

      For those not attending this year, please provide updates on what you would like to hear about and I will try to provide more information.

    • Keynote: There was a change in keynote due to Sir Ken Robinson taking ill.  Therefore, Sam and I spent the time preparing for tomorrows User Group meeting.  I hope all of you will be able to make it to the meeting!

    • Ok... I ended up slacking off and not getting updates posted from the rest of the conference.  As you can imagine, there were sessions that were very useful and others that were not so useful.  But here are my actions items to follow-up on after leaving the conference.

      • continue to work with the SVU on future endeavors
      • read up on Blackboard 9 and what they call "domains" to try and figure out how multi-institution installments are going to be handled in the future.
      • begin to prepare a co-production test environment for evaluation
      • work on internal documentation & sharing for UNLV/NLN
      • build goals for implementation to assess success of implementation
