Harold is the Project Manager for the WebCT Group at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia and has been working with Learning Management Systems since 1994.  His current role as a member of the University System of Georgia (USG) GeorgiaView Vista implementation team focuses on strategic planning, implementation of the plan and the day-to-day management of the University System-wide Blackboard Vista servers for use by the 35 public USG institutions.  Harold is also actively involved with system-wide faculty development on the use of Blackboard Vista from a pedagogical-based teaching and learning perspective.  

Prior to joining Georgia State University, he was at Georgia College & State University as an instructor and Special Project Manager where he was involved with faculty development and support. Harold has a M.Ed. in Instructional Technology and his teaching background includes experience in the middle grades, higher education and corporate training.  He is a Blackboard Certified Trainer and a  Blackboard Certified Vista Administrator.
