The Maryland Blackboard Users Group Bb Community is designed to facilitate communication between and among public or private Maryland educational institutions using Blackboard.

The MDBUG community site attempts to "pull" users into web-based interactivity and collaboration through discussions, sharing of best practices, helpful documentation, surveys and more. By contrast, the MDBUG listserve is designed to "push" communication or collaboration to everyone's email inbox (at least for now). If and when the MDBUG Bb site tools allow for easier  "push" AND "pull" to help the MDBUG community help itself, then the email listserve may be discontinued.
